  • 03/30/2022 – New User Setting for “Hide Tree,” so you can select to auto-hide the tree on the left of the screen when entering wider forms, or keep it showing at all times when working from a larger screen.
  • 03/15/2022 – Within the Charges & Appointments search feature, you can now search for a Person, Church, or Organization by the Email, Phone number, or any portion of the Address connected to the entity in the database.
  • 11/23/2021 – Notes indicator added on Personal Information & Church Details to quickly identify when there are Notes present on a record without having to go to the Notes tab.
  • 11/23/2021 – New “Quick-Find” inputs at the top of all trees to quickly search for an item without having to open the search tool.
  • 10/28/2021 – Now, when adding or editing an address in Church Leadership, all the other Addresses for this person are viewable to avoid duplication. If working from Charges & Appointments, you can also quickly jump to that person’s Contact Information form by clicking the “Rolodex” icon.
  • 10/25/2021 – The “Parsonage” form is now incorporated into a new “Church Properties” form, which also includes a “Cemetery” form to record details related to Church cemeteries.
  • 10/20/2021 – The Compensation form now has a “Copy” button to copy the compensation figures from a previous Compensation record to a New Compensation record, to avoid retyping  when nothing has changed.
  • 10/07/2021 – “Closed Only” option added on the Churches Search feature to load only all Closed churches as results.
  • 09/23/2021 – For Conferences that select to use it, you can now set an option on a Church to indicate whether their Church Leadership uses “Traditional” or “Simplified” structure. The setting is then reflected on the Church Leadership view.
  • 09/15/2021 – The Compensation form now has the ability to upload and attach a PDF file to a Charge Compensation record. This can give staff or the District Superintendent a scanned copy of the actual Compensation form at their finger tips, when needed.
  • 08/26/2021 – Parsonages get linked Addresses. Now, when an address is present on a parsonage, it is added automatically into Contact Information when linking a pastor into the parsonage.
  • 08/03/2021 – With the release of our NEW Center, we added the following features and updates not present in our original Center application:
    • New extensive Search Tool that allows searching with the Charges & Appointments tree itself, or within the entire database for People, Churches, or Organizations that do not normally appear within the Charges & Appointments tree, but can now be added temporarily for access to that data.
    • New custom User Settings to set personal preferences for displays and functionality within Center.  This includes items such as setting the default function to open after login, setting of default District(s) and/or Charge Categories to load in the Charges & Appointments tree, and time saving functionality like the ability to set a default Start Date for a new Compensation record or Church Leadership position.
    • A user can now toggle the Auto-Refresh functionality of the Charges & Appointments tree on and off. This allows the user to continue making changes to Charges or Appointments within the tree without having to wait on the data to refresh after each save. When ready, a simple click of the Refresh button will update the entire view.
    • A click of the Hide Tree button, and you are able to hide the Charges & Appointments tree from view to expand the view of grids or to see more on a mobile device or other small screen. The Hide Tree button then toggles to become a Show Tree button to display the tree again when ready.
    • Charge Tools is the new tool to create new Charges for the Charges & Appointments tree, or to do Charge Realignments. With a step-by-step process and visual drag/drop functionality, it is easier than ever to quickly do the most complex Charge Realignments with ease!
    • Custom fields – We’ve added the ability for a Conference to add custom data collection fields to both person records and/or church records. These are Conference defined to allow the flexibility to gather data important to the mission or focus of your particular Conference.
    • GoTo buttons are everywhere! To expedite navigation to the persons or churches you want to view, we have added GoTo buttons in the Family Members grid, and also within the Pastoral History for a church within the Charges & Appointments function.
    • The Parsonage form is expanded to contain significantly more details including type of home, number of bedrooms, baths, square footage, year built, etc. There is also a place to record insurance details, trustee recommendations, and a picture gallery for visual documentation.
